In Belgrade in 2005, a school of goalkeepers was founded as part of the Football School of FC Lokomotiva from Belgrade. From the very beginning we tried our best that our work be based on the principles of pedagogy with respect for all educational methods. Through socializing with us, children develop a team and competitive spirit, psychophysical development increases as well as the development of a positive attitude in general.
Through professional work we improve specific goalkeeping skills, both through practical and theoretical education. Along with socializing and fun, as well as through competition, our goal is to direct the young people who are coming, towards football and sports in general. Our development path is long, dynamic and we would say successful, considering that we are present more than 15 years. In the future, we want to provide children with as much inspiration as possible in their maturation through the role of a goalkeeper, whose personality is attractive, magnetic, enchanting, charming, sometimes even magical.

In a football game, the role of the goalkeeper is not only more important but also much more responsible than the role of other players. The main task of the goalkeeper, who wears No. 1 on his back or differs from other players in the color of his jersey, is to protect the goal from the balls sent by the opposing players with any part of his body in the way he chooses at a given moment. The goalkeeper is a person endowed with initiative. A person who has a strong tendency to endure. A person who shows intuition. A person who carries a willingness to adapt quickly to circumstances.
The delicacy of the goalkeeper's role is also reflected in the fact that he must take a very active part in the game, command the defense game, start the attack, give the game a psychological tone, etc. That is why it is important to immediately mention that a good goalkeeper must be a stable sports person with extraordinary psychomotor characteristics, which is necessary to keep in mind in the selection. Therefore, his role in the game is very delicate, so the training of the goalkeeper is a combination of heavy tasks and a very complex process.
"Every place in the team can be strengthened, and only the goalkeeper is always alone among the stands. His mistakes are seen in the palm of your hand and are remembered for a long time" - Tempo, June 30, 1976.
Young people who did not give up and believed in what they wanted, went through the School of Goalkeeper Nenad Šabić, and numerous trainings. Do you also have such a dream?

Football club LOKOMOTIVA Belgrade
We hold our trainings on the fields of the Sports Center FC "LOKOMOTIVA" where we have all the conditions for good and quality work. All interested from the initial to the competitive level of all ages can also apply at FC Lokomotiva.
The sports center of FC "LOKOMOTIVA" consists of club rooms, three football fields, one of which is with artificial grass, four tennis courts, a balloon for indoor football and a space for training in winter conditions, as well as restaurants and internet cafes within the tennis club.
At the Goalkeeper school, special attention is paid to adapting training for each age. In working with the youngest goalkeepers, teaching methods have a great influence on their development. It is a certain way of approaching work through which various tasks can be solved. This method is primarily applied in the training phase of the youngest goalkeepers and consists of three procedures - the method of obviousness, the method of living words and the method of practical training.
When it comes to training, as a higher stage in upgrading the goalkeeper, then in that period the methods of goalkeeping training prevail. Training can be Individual, Specific and Team training.
- With the Goalkeeper Coach
- Solo training
- Before or after team training
- Group training with 2-3 goalkeepers
- Certain days for specific training
- Situational goalkeeping training
- Team training for goalkeepers
- Exercises and practical games
- Tactical training with players
Futsal, as a sports game, differs from big football primarily that it is played on fields of much smaller dimensions, on different surfaces, with a smaller number of players, with a different ball and according to different rules. As a dynamic and interesting sport, futsal is slowly taking its place among other indoor sports.
Compared to other sports, futsal has a more pronounced dynamics and often brings many changes. A large number of goals are scored in the game and thus provides a sense of satisfaction to all actors, both players and spectators. Like other ball games - especially because it is played in a small space - futsal requires special technical, tactical and psychophysical readiness. Therefore, as well as due to the limited duration of the match, the rules of the game are different and they pose additional challenges to the goalkeeper, in terms of quick decision making and greater mobility.
Because in futsal shots are fired from close range and at high speed, the goalkeeper has less time to react, think and "read" the game. The goalkeeper makes decisions under pressure, practically in an instant, relying primarily on intuitive defenses. Due to the smaller dimensions of the field, the goalkeeper more often faces blows from close and medium distance, and that is why the training insists on developing speed of movement and reaction, agility and explosiveness, focusing on foot work, through speed and agility exercises.
